It’s about how you live.
With that simple introduction, a select number of guests got a chance to see King’s newest luxury neighbourhood – The Castles of King City.
The new community is a enclave just off of King Road east of King City where luxury and high standards reign supreme. The large lots are backed by conservation land and no expense has been spared in the construction.
Tours of the model home on Sam Hill Crescent, great entertainment by Christopher Plock and his partners and great food combined to open the castle doors to the community and potential new residents.
From well appointed models at just over 2,800 square feet, to the Warwick at 4,788 square feet, the Castles offer elegant homes for every taste. Consider names like Oxford, Eden and Versailles – they all conjure images of tranquility and old world charm.
Some of the distinctive features include 10-foot main floor ceilings; oversized windows and doors; stained oak stairs; walk-in closets; ensuite spas and kitchens well suited to entertaining guests.
Zancor Homes believes they have “a great responsibility to enhance our communities with parks, playgrounds, natural spaces and convenience, because how you live is as important as where you live.
“We believe in setting the bar for customer service. From top management to our front line service personnel, each one of us feels a responsibility to our customers, going above and beyond, to ensure no customer goes unsatisfied.
“Your home is about more than bricks and mortar, it’s about how your family lives. It’s about enjoyable memories created every single day. A home purchase is a long-term decision, one never made lightly, and one you should look back on with pleasure.”
The family owned company has been building homes across the GTA for 30 years.
This newest addition to King is in keeping with the community’s high design standards.
