Townhouse development is not people friendly

Regarding the townhouse development in Nobleton, I am disappointed to see Township planning support so many variances to our bylaws, which were designed as the minimum for “the promotion of the public health, safety convenience or general welfare.”
The bylaw amendment requires eight pages!
Of particular concern is the lack of sidewalks along the interior roadway, and the lack of parkland. Not a people friendly development.
This proposed development furthers the decline of Nobleton Community Plan and King Township bylaws that I do not support.
