Offer input into the future of transportation in King

July 9, 2014   ·   0 Comments

Come out for the second round of public info sessions concerning the King Master Transportation Plan next week.
Do you care about improving road safety for you, your children and seniors? What about adding parking and bicycle lanes in the villages and sidewalks and trails in your neighborhood so that your kids can walk or bike to school and soccer games and you can get to the store without driving? Are you concerned about the huge trucks that go right through King City and Nobleton? Should any Township roads be uploaded to York Region?
Come and see what is being proposed, based on the input your neighbours have contributed so far, and add your comments.
The first session will be held July 14 at Nobleton arena,   from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Have your say July 15 at King City arena on Doctors Lane, also from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The final session will be held Thursday, July 17 at the Trisan Centre in Schomberg, running the same time.
