Parents should monitor their teens

While walking my dogs in Nobleton parks, I have been picking up many empty water bottles with holes burned in the side presumably for hashish smoking.
If parents of teens haven’t enough to monitor, I would humbly suggest that they add “keeping tabs on water bottles not adding up on recycling day” to their list.
There are garbage cans throughout the park where these bottles can be disposed of yet, it seems that whoever is doing it does not care.
Rather than phoning the police, I thought that this would be a gentler way in keeping our parks green.
