Organizers say thanks for making 19th event a hit

With our 19th year now behind us, I would like to thank everyone who helped make “A Main Street Christmas” happen in Schomberg.
Thanks to all the volunteers for their hard work on the day and throughout the year, the community groups and churches who participated, Main Street businesses and residents who allowed us to use their premises and of course especially to everyone who came and took part in the event.
Thanks also go to the King Township departments and staff. Thank you to everyone who participated in the Santa Claus Parade and of course thank you to all the farmers and their families who made the “Parade of Lights” as spectacular as ever.
Our event would also not be possible without the financial assistance received from our many sponsors, who not only donate funds but also equipment and services.
All the directors of Schomberg Village Association hope that this tradition will continue for many years.
