King speed skating coach Alisha Mullings, not only made the Ontario team in competitions held in February in Waterloo but also placed 12th in the Canadian Short Track Age Class Championships in Montreal in March.
Short track speed skating is a fast-rising sport in Ontario with clubs forming all over the province. Alisha coaches in Nobleton with the King Speed Skating Club where her goal is to introduce the local community not only to the sport itself but to reach those like her, who wish to take competition to the next level.
As a member of the King Speed Skating club all participants are afforded membership and attendance privileges into the Ontario Speed Skating Association sponsored events, thus those who wish to follow the competitive route are afforded every opportunity to improve their personal best. More information can be found on their website, www.kingspeedskating.com.
King Speed Skating is very proud to have Alisha as part of its staff.
