A new and improved Main Street in downtown Schomberg is on the horizon. Consultants and Township staff hosted a virtual information session last week, offering some options on the new-look Main Street.

Investigator finds more evidence of electronic ‘attack’ on PS752

Ukrainian Flight 752 was the target of “directed energy weapons” by Iranian forces, according to a local investigator. Andre Milne, of Unicorn Aerospace, said he identified evidence in the French Government BEA technical document issued Feb. 12 that “confirms directed energy weapons were concurrently targeted against PS752 during the IRGC electronic warfare missile attack as engaged against PS752.”

Schools move to remote learning following break

Despite a stance to keep schools open, the provincial government Monday made the decision to move elementary and secondary schools to remote learning following the April break. This action is being taken in support of the government’s broader efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19. Data will be assessed on an ongoing basis and health officials will be consulted to determine when it will be safe to resume in-person learning.
