Police report that the robbery occurred in the area of King Road and Keele (police said they prefer not to name the actual bank involved) at 1:05 p.m. A lone female suspect in the bank indicated she had a firearm and demanded cash. Police said no weapon was actually seen, however. She fled the scene on foot with a quantity of cash. Officers responded, along with a canine unit, who searched the area for some time.
