Farm to Table dinner returns to King August 26

The King Chamber of Commerce invites the community to experience the best of King Township at its signature Farm to Table event, proudly presented by Eek Farms, on Wednesday, Aug. 26 at Sherwood Farm Retreat in King City. Open to the public, the evening is a celebration of local food, agriculture and community.
Guests will enjoy a farm-fresh dinner featuring locally sourced food from King Township farms and businesses, including grilled meats, roasted vegetables, pasta, crisp garden salad, fresh local bread and homemade desserts.
But there's more than great food on the menu. The evening will feature live music, line dancing, a local vendor market and beverages from local producers, all in the beautiful setting of Sherwood Farm Retreat.
Guests are also encouraged to bring a non-perishable food donation in support of the King Township Food Bank, helping give back to local families while celebrating the farmers, businesses and community that make King special.
Whether you come for the food, the entertainment or simply a great evening with neighbours and friends, Farm to Table is a celebration of all things local.
