Pleased with after-hours medical serviceAs a person who has lived in Nobleton for 12 years, I was happy to come across the medical services offered after hours. It was late afternoon after 5 p.m. that I woke up with a very swollen left eye. I was not able to see clearly and was thinking where do I go and who could I see at this time of day. I was thinking I would end up driving to Newmarket or Richmond Hill to be seen by the emergency department, but luckily for me I ended up driving up Highway 27 to the newly opened walk-in medical centre by Guardian Drugs and was seen by Dr. Oswaldo Ramirez. Dr. Ramirez was very professional and took the time to properly examine my eye. He was able to consult Dr. Melisa Siragusa of Nobleton Optometry for a second opinion. As a professional in the health care field, I was very impressed by these two MDs who have come to this town to offer these services. It's nice to go somewhere where you are a person and not just a number. It's nice to know that you no longer have to drive a far distance to get seen by a MD or get your eyes checked. I would highly recommend these services to anyone in Nobleton or nearby. Dr. Melisa Siragusa also called me to ensure my eye was getting better the next day. How is that for customer service?
