Home destroyed by fire

One woman was injured in a house fire Feb. 26 that completely destroyed an Ansnorveldt home.
A single-family, fully-detached home on Bernhardt was fully involved when firefighters arrived.
Firefighters remained on scene to continue to monitor hot spots. Twelve emergency vehicles attended the fire.
A female occupant was taken to hospital for medical evaluation due to smoke inhalation.
The Fire Marshal’s office has been contacted. The investigation into the cause is ongoing, although it does not appear to be suspicious at this time.
