We have to be accountable for what we put in our bodies. Finding the right nutrients and balancing them well in meals is the key to good health. Of course, there are plenty of sites out there who help you learn about nutrition and how to consume a healthy diet properly, such as Thenutritioninsider.com, but we have made something which is simple, tasty, and easy to have on the go!
A Nobleton man has made it simple for all of us to kick-start our road to recovery. David Vena is the creator of the Happy Juice Co. and its line of fresh organic juices that are chock full of essential micro-nutrients that our bodies require.
He stressed Happy Juice is not another organic fruit juice, but rather it’s a pure vegetable drink that provides the equivalent of 4-6 servings of fruits and green vegetables per bottle. These concoctions provide a host of anti-oxidants, boost cell health and immunity. Plus, they taste great.
Consumers no longer have to settle for unpalatable green smoothies or vegetable beverages. Now, you can get it all in one 255-milliliter bottle.
Vena, a single dad, has been a health and fitness enthusiast for decades. He used to blend his own juices at home but wanted to come up with a quick, easy way to get all the needed nutrients in a great-tasting beverage. He wanted his son to get the needed green veggies, but he wouldn’t drink any of the existing products on the market. Working with a friend who is a chef, he came up with a lineup of eight amazing flavours, all of which make you smile. His son kept asking for more.
And that’s when he knew that being healthy starts with being happy. And Happy Juice fits the bill.
Vena said it’s great for kids and teens whose cells are forming and developing before our eyes. Popular kids’ flavours are Sunshiny Kale and Happy Dance.
The product has been popular in Toronto area restaurants, grocery stores and juice bars. Vena introduced the product to Nobleton’s Alloro Fine Foods and it’s been literally flying off the shelves.
One of the culprits to good health is our fast-paced lifestyles. The key to better health, Vena said, it to slow down a bit, eat the best we can, and make sure we get those essential nutrients in our diet. Toss a bottle or two of Happy Juice into your routine and you’re on your way.
Once you start drinking Happy Juice, your nutritional level will “go through the roof,”?Vena attests. Customers have told him after being on the juice they have more energy, sleep better and have fewer minor aches and pains.
Those home-made creations can be time-consuming and often taste bad. They’re not conducive to our hectic lifestyles where consumers demand convenience. One bottle of Happy Juice can be consumed in under a minute and give you more nutritional value than a soup and salad.
Live, organic greens are the way to go and your body just takes to them. Vena noted that we don’t ingest enough micro-nutrients for proper cell health. Dark green vegetables, like kale, collard greens and spinach, are like high-octane fuel for our engines.
Happy Juices contain 70-to-80% green vegetables with just hints of fruit juices to complement the drink and enhance the flavour. The drink names say it all – Happy Dance, Happy Glow, Sunshiny Kale, Happy Tomato and Twilight Lemonade. For the cold and flu season, Vena recommends Sweet Tart Love, which combines spinach, orange, a hint of lemon, ginger and mint. It may just beat out chicken soup as the cure for the common cold!
Happy Juice was founded on the philosophy that happiness stems from being healthy, and Happy Juice can be a big part of the process in our busy lifestyles. Pound for pound it delivers a tremendous amount of live, green nutrients in such a quick, easy, delicious way.
Vena wasn’t aiming at a commercial success, but rather he was driven to provide a good product that helps people become healthier. He loves meeting people at the demos he presents.
There are no limits to the amount of fresh vegetables we can consume in a day. The added bonus of getting those nutrients is it invigorates our taste buds to promote healthy eating. Happy Juices are “epic craving killers”?Vena said, noting they will help us to make better food choices.
Vena also offers some healthy tips that include a “nutritional supercharge”?and “powerwash”?cleanses. Using Happy Juice as a staple, a 3-, 5- or 7-day cleanse will work wonders.
Vena urges everyone to be healthy and be happy.
Happy Juice can be part of the process.
