King/Vaughan Christmas Home Tour raises funds for Women’s Centre of York

Florists and designers have teamed up to decorate eight spectacular homes in King/Vaughan in their holiday best with proceeds going to Women’s Centre of York Region.
Women’s Centre of York Region is dedicated to providing programs, counselling and support services to women who have been affected by abuse or financial challenges. Their clients are mothers, friends, volunteers, co-workers and neighbours – all part of the community as a whole.
The two-day home tour featuring Intercity Realty Inc., Brokerage as the title sponsor, will take place on Friday, Nov. 29 from 4 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 30 from 10 to 4 p.m. Tickets are $45 for the Friday twilight tour and $40 for the Saturday daytime tour.
A holiday shopping boutique generously sponsored by Royal Pine will be open both dates conveniently located at 3600 Langstaff Road in Vaughan next to Intercity Realty Inc., Brokerage. It is a great opportunity to gather your friends to see some beautiful homes decked in their holiday best, while also having the opportunity to pick up some holiday gifts for those on your Christmas list.
“We are delighted to have the community come together, and be part of this event, including interior designers; realtors, and local business owners to support this cause,” said Alda Neves Dubé of Intercity.
Swag bags full of great offers are available for the first 200 women at the holiday shopping boutique.
